Welcome to Afflo (“we,” “our,” or “us”). We are committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we handle information when you use the Afflo mobile application (“App”).

2. Information We Do Not Collect

Afflo is designed with your privacy in mind. We do not collect, store, or transmit any personal data. Specifically:

  • We do not collect your name, email address, or contact information.
  • We do not track your location.
  • We do not collect device identifiers for advertising purposes.
  • We do not access your contacts, photos, or other personal files.
  • We do not use analytics or tracking SDKs.
  • All affirmations, favorites, and preferences are stored locally on your device.

3. Offline Functionality

Afflo works entirely offline after the initial download. Your affirmation preferences, favorites, and settings are stored locally on your device and are never transmitted to any server.

4. Subscription Services

Afflo offers optional in-app subscriptions (“Afflo PRO”) processed through Apple's App Store and Google Play Store. Subscription purchases are handled entirely by Apple or Google, as applicable. We use RevenueCat, a third-party service, solely for subscription status verification. RevenueCat may process:

  • An anonymous user identifier (not linked to your personal identity)
  • Subscription status and purchase receipts

We do not receive or store your payment information (credit card numbers, billing addresses, etc.). All payment processing is handled by Apple or Google.

5. Children's Privacy

Afflo is rated 4+ and does not contain any objectionable content. Since we do not collect any personal data, Afflo is safe for users of all ages. We comply with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) and similar regulations worldwide.

6. Data Security

Since we do not collect or store personal data on any servers, there is no risk of a data breach of personal information from our end. Your locally stored data is protected by your device's built-in security features.

7. Third-Party Services

The only third-party service used by Afflo is:

  • RevenueCat: For subscription management and verification only. No personal data is shared.

We do not integrate with any advertising networks, analytics platforms, or social media SDKs.

8. Your Rights (GDPR, CCPA, and Other Regulations)

Since Afflo does not collect personal data, there is no personal data to access, modify, or delete. However, you can:

  • Delete all locally stored data by uninstalling the App.
  • Manage your subscription through your device's App Store or Google Play settings.

For users in the European Economic Area (EEA): We comply with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). Since no personal data is collected, no data processing consent is required.

For users in California: We comply with the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA). We do not sell personal information because we do not collect any.
